kiwi publishing company profile

 Welcome to Kiwi Publishing,

Kiwi Publishing is a New Haven, CT based company founded in 2004.

KIWI (Kids Intelligence Wisdom & Inspiration) initially set out to provide parents with materials to educate their children about communication skills and basic principles of money and time management.

Our first book, The Sword & the Spirit in 2005, published in 2005, teaches principles of negotiation through storytelling. It is still one of Kiwi’s best-selling books.

The Thin Threads brand was established during its launch in national bookstores in November, 2009. Just as the Chicken Soup for the Soul and Cup of Comfort book series have received stories from thousands of writers across the US, so has Thin Threads become a sought-after publication venue for writers. The Thin Threads brand is rapidly achieving national recognition.

More recently, Kiwi has launched an inspirational Book Series, “Thin Thread® Stories.”

Kiwi has also expanded the marketing of its special editions to include point of purchase displays in gift shops, specialty stores, card and stationary stores and car wash lobbies.

A web application, which brings web-to-print directly to consumers, is now on-line. This user-friendly platform gives consumers a unique opportunity to choose their favorite Kiwi stories, personalizing book covers with their own messages, photos, etc., and sending them to friends, relatives or associates. No other service or product like the Kiwi web application is currently available on-line. Kiwi believes that the custom personalized book application, coupled with multiple distribution channels, will develop into a significant revenue stream for the company.  .

Thin Threads custom books offer a revolutionary new product to many commercial markets ranging from the nonprofit sector to premium venues. Nonprofits will find custom books valuable for supporting donor appeals and appreciation (see Book Annuity). Businesses in many industries can use the books as customer gifts, for employee appreciation, etc.
