Kathy McAfee is known as The Marketing Motivator.
Her company, Kmc Brand Innovation, LLC, works with motivated business professionals and entrepreneurs to help them become the recognized leaders in their fields by mastering the skills of effective presenting, networking and personal branding. In her role as Marketing Coach, she helps her clients increase their success by driving growth through innovation and motivation. She has an expertise in unconventional marketing, the passion for building brands and the energy to make things happen. Over the past 20 years, Kathy has brought marketing success to numerous  industries and companies, including Levi Strauss, Maybelline, Southcorp Wines of Australia, and ADVO – the nation’s largest direct mail company.

A graduate of Stanford University, Kathy is a member of Soroptimist International of the Americas, The Connecticut Women’s Council and the Marketing Executive Network Group. She is active in the Martial Arts, a discipline that she believes has helped her become a more successful and confident presenter and business person. She and her husband are licensed foster parents and have recently adopted twin 10‐year old boys. They reside in Simsbury, CT.
