Stacey Krone Battat

Stacey discusses the inspiration behind the release of the first in a book series entitled “Thin Threads® - Stories of Life Changing Moments.”  In her workshops, she helps people realize the power of the transitions in their lives, which opens pathways to empowering them in connecting with the people, places and events that enrich the journey.

As a sign of these tough economic times, when many feel they are ‘hanging by a thin thread,’ Stacey offers her participants a chance to look at new ways to approach the detours in their lives.  She is currently collecting stories of life changing moments of business and career for the next edition of Thin Threads.  Additional future editions of Thin Threads include Recovery & Survival, Compassion & Giving and Love & Romance.  Her ‘banner of life’ would read “not all who wander are lost,” because she has always tried to find value in the detours along the journey.

Stacey’s  has a passion to learn about the remarkable ways in which people have overcome tragedies and other turns of events to uncover the inner strength they may not ever have imagined possessing.  She says she has been “privileged to have thousands share their stories, allowing me to share these personal stories with the world through the Thin Threads® book series."

Stacey has worked with people of all ages all of her life.  She always made sure to have fun on the job, either as a youth or family educator, workshop leader for social and community action, or as a Broadcast Journalist, where she interviewed people about the passions in their own lives for a number of cable and satellite television magazine programs both in the US & abroad.

Stacey has been lauded by her colleagues as having “a natural proclivity for making the world better - which resulted in inspiring young people to engage in social justice projects and youth philanthropy,” and as being a “truly warm, loving, spirited role model for people of all ages.”

THIN THREADS workshop sessions are up to one hour long in duration.
