What a wonderful story! Any stories that revolve around the holocaust and it's aftermath always interest me...not sure why. I think she did a good job of recounting her visit to Auschwitz! Very interesting to read!

Very cool story...amazing how a chance encounter impacted people's lives in such a positive way. I especially enjoyed the line having to do with the fact that the Nazi's weren't able to destroy her family line...moving...

It amazes me how a writer can take strong sentiment and make it vivid and touching without being overly wrought in her attempts. Excellent story that touches the heart. How wonderful to have found the answers to her questions while understanding her parents silence on the past.

The sense of identity seems to have be a common thin thread theme, and a universal question one always asks themselves: "Who are we?" Glad you have found some answers!
